Order and Shipping Policy
Orders can only be processed once full payment has been received by Siño Milano through the banking system.
Shipping is carried out within 3 business days of receiving the payment. If the product is marked as “Available for Pre-Order,” it will be shipped within 10 business days.
During holidays or sale periods, shipments may experience slight delays.
Shipments are made via courier. Once the order is processed, an email will be sent with the shipment reference number and a link to track the shipment.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during business hours.
The shipping cost varies depending on the destination country and is displayed in the cart before completing the payment.

For Non-EU shipments, additional taxes and customs duties may apply at the time of delivery, based on the destination country's regulations. All additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Siño Milano is not liable for delivery delays directly attributable to the courier or due to customs inspections.
