Our Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the purchased item to request a return. You may exchange the size, color, or model, or request a full refund of the purchase amount.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both within Italy and internationally.

In the case of an exchange for size, color, or model, the shipping cost for the new item will be covered by Siño Milano. Exchanges for size, color, or model can only be made once and only for products of the same price.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sinomilano.com and provide your order number.

Siño Milano reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, returns communicated/shipped late, or returns of products that are not in the same condition in which the customer received them. In such cases, the merchandise will be sent back to the sender at the original shipping address. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Siño Milano will deduct an administrative fee equal to 10% of the value of the returned product from the refund.

Exchanges or refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items are received and verified by Siño Milano.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase, and any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be reimbursed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. If the customer receives defective or incorrect merchandise, the same return instructions outlined above should be followed. In such cases, Siño Milano will cover the shipping costs for the return to its headquarters.
